TUE :: Hour Elliptical w/ 10 mins, 7 mins, 5 mins, 3 mins Harder effort w/ :90 easy recovery between
WED :: OFF
THUR :: 8.5 around Lithia Park in the slush back in Oregon! (2000 ft climbing)
FRI :: 7.87
SAT :: 6.37
SUN :: 11.7 around the park in the deep snow at the top, did some hiking and running on this one (2000 ft climbing)

Very pleased with how things are feeling after Black Canyon. Some niggles in the knee and minor foot stuff, but all in all, it’s been a real treat to be able to get back to Southern Oregon and run with friends and on the trails a bit. Adding in some light workouts and taking days off or on the Elliptical as it seems appropriate. Not feeling any pressure or push to do things that aren’t coming together or that aren’t going to help me recover and get back to feeling like I can train.
